Aaron is an expert on matters of group benefits administration. Former principal and president at Chapman and Chapman, he has nearly twenty years of experience designing benefits programs and strategically managing the intricacies of their structure and implementation. Aaron designs benefit programs that are both cost-effective and worthy of appreciation from employers and their employee population. 

A graduate of Saint Ignatius High School and John Carroll University, Aaron retains a depth of knowledge related to healthcare advisement. Selected as one of thirty 2019 Health Rosetta Advisors in the United States, Aaron delivers innovative financial and structured solutions to client organizations. Additionally, the National Association of Health Underwriters granted Aaron the prestigious Soaring Eagle Award, recognizing his high standards of ethics, knowledge, service, and productivity.

Aaron lives in Moreland Hills, Ohio with his wife Stacy and their four children. He actively participates in community organizations that serve the greater good.
